Payment & Cancellation Terms:
Upon registration, the full camp fee of €99 is due, and the spot is reserved on a binding basis. Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 30 days before the start of the camp. For cancellations made 29–14 days prior to the start of the camp, 50% of the camp fee will be refunded. No refunds are possible from 13 days before the start of the camp onwards; however, the spot may be transferred to a suitable substitute participant free of charge. In the event of cancellation due to illness or injury supported by a medical certificate a credit for a future camp may be issued. If the camp is cancelled by the organizer, the camp fee will be refunded in full.
